Black Betty, a second-floor bar above Tusk at Jl. Pantai Bingin No.1, lists its hours as 10am-4am every day on its official website, which makes it one of the latest places to drink in Bingin. According to its official menu, classic cocktails cost IDR 90,000-150,000 and every signature cocktail is IDR 130,000, plus 5% service and 10% tax.
What the place is like
A small, lounge-style bar with neon lighting and DJs. What's New Indonesia included it in its June 2025 list of new Bali openings, aimed at surfers and night owls. The official site shows a weekly line-up: Monday Ladies Night, Tuesday open format, Wednesday hip-hop and R&B, Thursday techno, Friday Afro and Amapiano, Saturday house. Sunday is not listed. No entry fee, dress code or age limit is published as of 28 October 2026.

How it compares with other bars on the Bukit
If you are staying around Bingin and want a drink after 1am without riding to Labuansait, Black Betty is the closest option. For a full club night, Hatch Uluwatu on Labuansait fits better; for dinner and cocktails before it gets late, try Pak Gula in Bingin. A downside you can check yourself: Google Maps showed only 37 reviews (rated 4.7) when we looked, far fewer than the big Uluwatu bars, so it is hard to say how busy an ordinary night gets. The 4am closing is also only what the website states; entertainment licensing hours in Badung can differ, see bar and club closing rules in Bali.
A Bingin-specific safety tip: many places to stay here are reached by narrow lanes and poorly lit cliff stairs. After a late night, do not tackle the cliff stairs alone and do not ride a scooter; ask your guesthouse for a pick-up or book a ride-hailing bike to the end of the road. Access details are in our Bingin Beach article.
