Before You Go to CANNA Bali Nusa Dua: Daybeds, Bonfire, Closing Time

CANNA Bali on Jl. Raya Nusa Dua Selatan is open every day from 10am to 10pm, and its cheapest seat as of 28 October 2026 is a IDR 550,000 daybed for one person, before tax and service, according to its official website. It is a day-to-sunset beach club, not a nightclub: if you want to party past midnight, look elsewhere.

What to know before you go

• Seat prices are published. The "Our Table" list on cannabali.id: Deck or Sands daybed IDR 550,000 (1 person) and IDR 1,000,000 (2 people), ocean-facing Pool Deck daybed IDR 850,000 and IDR 1,500,000, Lodge table for 4 IDR 1,000,000, Lodge sofa for 6-8 IDR 2,000,000-2,500,000, Sands cabana for 4 IDR 2,000,000. All are marked "subject to tax & services" with no percentage. The site does not say whether these amounts are redeemable on food and drinks, so ask when you book.
• A long happy hour. Selected cocktails at IDR 199,000++ on a buy-one-get-one basis, daily 4pm-9pm. Bottled cocktails (750 ml) IDR 499,000++.
• Regular events listed on the official site. Wonderful Nusantara (traditional dances from across Indonesia) every Wednesday from 5pm. Sundown Bonfire every Saturday from sunset, with fire dancing, BBQ and a DJ. At the Cliff at CANNA restaurant, Beer O'Clock offers two hours of free-flow Bali Hai for IDR 299,000++ per person, Friday-Sunday 11am-3pm. An Oktoberfest deal (Island Brewing, buy 3 get 1) runs this month, so check again if you visit in November.
• Food. Lamb or prawn fried rice IDR 155,000++, beef rib soup (this month's special) IDR 140,000++, a snack box for two IDR 299,000++, Nusantara Megibung IDR 350,000++ for two.
• Hours can differ by venue. The complex runs 10am-10pm, but Chope's listing for Cliff at CANNA says Monday-Thursday 3pm-10pm and Friday-Sunday 11am-10pm. If you want a weekday lunch at Cliff, confirm first.
• No published dress code or age limit. The official site lists neither, and CANNA actively markets a kids' area, canoeing and beach volleyball. Indonesian trade rules set 21 as the minimum age for buying alcohol, so carry your passport or a photo of it.

When to go, and the downsides

It is liveliest around sunset, when happy hour is on and, on Saturdays, the bonfire is lit. Weekday afternoons are quieter and more family-oriented. The downsides: it closes at 10pm, much earlier than beach clubs in Uluwatu or Canggu, and per-person daybed prices feel steep if you only want to sit for two hours.
