The smarter pick is the 120-minute Swan Frangipani package at IDR 726,000 nett per person on the official website, because it already includes a Balinese massage, body scrub and foot massage.

The spa belongs to Desa Swan Villas & Spa on Jl. Pantai Keramas, Blahbatuh, Gianyar, a 94-key resort of rooms and villas that NOW! Bali profiled on 25 May 2026. It is small: three treatment rooms, a relaxation lounge and a manicure-pedicure corner, per desaswan.com.

Honest assessment

With only three rooms, walking in without a booking risks being turned away, especially as a couple. The website lists no spa opening hours and does not say clearly whether non-staying guests are accepted, so ask when you book. The upside is the setting: the beachfront Swan Restaurant opens 7am-10pm, with Balinese dance every Tuesday 7-9pm and a sunset DJ every Saturday 5-8pm. The beach out front is Keramas Beach, a surf break rather than a calm swimming beach. If you want a pool and beach-club scene, Komune Beach Club is on the same beach road.
