Paparempa Pererenan: Menu Prices, Hours, Do You Need to Book?

Paparempa, the all-day restaurant at Noema Resort Pererenan, opens every day from 07:00 to 23:00 and charges IDR 70-250k a plate for Indonesian dishes, before 16.6% tax and service. You can walk in, but for a weekend dinner it is safer to book.

It opened on 10 April 2025 according to Bali Buddies, spreads over two floors with about 78 seats, and has a garden with street-food carts (gerobak). The address is Jl. Pantai Pererenan No. 126A, a strip lined with cafes and bars such as Ashe Grill & Bar.

Menu and prices (checked 26 October 2026)

Prices come from the menu PDF linked on Noema Resort's official site as of 26 October 2026. The file's metadata shows it was created in October 2025, so table prices may have moved. All figures in thousands of rupiah.

• Light bites: Tofu "Paparempa" 70k, Gohu Tuna "Tacos" (3 pcs) 105k, Crab & Corn Fritter 105k, Semboko Scallops (3 pcs) 165k.
• A little more: Gado Gado on the Rocks 95k, Mie Bulung (seaweed noodles) with tofu 120k or seafood 145k, Aneka Sate Bakar 165k.
• Mains: Pumpkin Curry 170k, Jimbaran Flamed Fish 195k, Javan Seafood Laksa 215k, Timbungan Style Duck 235k, Samsam Guling (roast pork belly) 240k, Rabeg "Goat" Leg 250k. Note that the menu describes this rabeg as lamb shank, not goat.
• Heritage: Soto Ayam Pamekasan 155k, Nasi Goreng Guling 170k, Sop Brenebon 180k.
• Desserts: Pisang Goreng 80k, Black Sticky Rice Pudding 105k.

What will it cost?

For two, one starter, two mains and one dessert come to about IDR 600-700k before tax, or IDR 700-820k after the 16.6%. The menu labels vegan, gluten-free, shellfish and nut dishes, which makes allergies easy to manage.

The downsides

These are resort prices. Nasi Goreng Guling at 170k becomes about IDR 198k after tax, and the soto ayam about IDR 181k, several times what warungs on the same street charge. If you just want a good fried rice, Paparempa is the wrong stop; it makes more sense for a relaxed meal in a resort setting.

• NOW Bali (7 July 2025) reported a Wednesday Sizzle & Swing night and a Friday fish barbecue from 18:00. There is no confirmation these still run in 2026, so ask before going just for them.

FAQ

Is breakfast open to non-hotel guests? The official site says Paparempa serves breakfast, lunch and dinner from 07:00 to 23:00 with no hotel-guest restriction. A separate breakfast menu is not in the same PDF.

Are there vegan options? Yes, including Tofu "Paparempa", Falafel Oncom (115k), Pumpkin Curry and Mie Bulung with tofu, all marked VG.

Is there pork? Yes. Samsam Guling, Nasi Goreng Guling and Sop Brenebon all use pork, so ask the kitchen if you avoid it.

Last tip: come in the late afternoon, build the meal around the Jimbaran Flamed Fish or Samsam Guling, then walk to the beach for sunset.
