Wolfgang's Steakhouse opened its Bali branch on Friday, 21 August 2026, in the Parc Valle complex at Jl. Petitenget No. 6, Kerobokan Kelod. The date appears on the official contact page and was reported by NOW! Bali and Bali Discovery. It is the brand's 25th branch worldwide, 14th in Asia and third in Indonesia after two Jakarta outlets (Wolfgang's Steakhouse at ÉLYSÉE SCBD since 2020, and Wolfgang's Teppan).
What's new in Petitenget
The concept is a classic New York steakhouse: mahogany panelling, patterned tiles, low lighting and its own cocktail programme. The core menu matches the other branches. USDA Prime porterhouse is dry-aged for 28 days, cooked under a very hot broiler and seasoned only with salt. There is also the Beverly Hills Chopped Salad, a seafood platter, New York cheesecake and pecan pie. The kitchen is led by chef Amiro Cruz.
On prices, here is what can be confirmed
As of 24 September 2026, the Bali menu pages on the official site still read "product not yet available", so Bali prices have not been published. For reference, the porterhouse for two at the Jakarta branch is listed at around IDR 1.7-1.8 million. Expect a similar range and ask when you book. For a casual dinner for two it is an expensive choice; Da Maria on the same road does pizza for far less.
What it means for visitors
- Petitenget now has a dry-aged American beef steakhouse, a change from the Italian and Asian restaurants that dominate the street.
- Jl. Petitenget jams up around 6-8pm; book a table after that or come by car so you can be dropped at the Parc Valle entrance.
- Bali opening hours have not been published; confirm by phone.
