A 60-minute Balinese massage at Laniakea Spa on Jl. Labuansait, Pecatu costs Rp240k and the 90-minute version Rp310k, according to its official Fresha booking page checked in September 2026. The spa opens daily from 10am to 10pm.
Before you go
- The pressure is firm. The Balinese massage here is called "Traditional Deep Tissue". If you prefer gentle, say so at the start rather than halfway through.
- Old prices still float around. Some reviews and search snippets still say "from Rp200k". Use the current figures: Surfers Bliss neck & back 60 min Rp230k, Combination 90 min Rp340k, Hot Stone 90 min Rp390k, Deep Tissue Bamboo 90 min Rp410k, reflexology 45 min Rp190k. Ask whether tax is included when you confirm.
- No ocean view. Laniakea sits on busy Jl. Labuansait, not on a cliff. You come for the therapists' hands, not the scenery.
- Small waiting area. Visitor reviews mention a cramped seating area by the reception desk, while the massage rooms are spacious and each has a shower to rinse off the oil.
- Favourite therapists book up. It rates 4.9 from more than a thousand reviews on Fresha, so late afternoons fill fast. Book a day ahead.
- There's an opening ritual. Every full-body massage starts with a flower and sea-salt foot scrub, using Sensatia products made in Bali.

The timing that makes most sense is late afternoon after a surf or swim at Padang Padang Beach or Bingin, both a few minutes' ride away. Go for 90 minutes if your shoulders are sore from paddling.
