Those prices exclude tax and fees, which the site says are "added at checkout" without stating the percentage.
ATMOS is a communal sauna and steam centre on Jl. Pantai Cemongkak, Pecatu, with the BodyLab massage studio in the same compound. Honeycombers includes it in its best spas in Uluwatu list (updated 10 June 2026), noting 60-minute massages from IDR 300,000, which matches the official menu.
How much is a 60- or 90-minute massage?
- Balinese Harmony Ritual: IDR 300k (60 min), 390k (90 min)
- Shiatsu, deep tissue, pregnancy massage: 330k (60), 450k (90). Pregnancy massage is only offered after the first trimester.
- Lymphatic drainage and slimming: 500k (60), 700k (90)

What is included?
The signature rituals open with a floral foot wash and herbal tea and close with a singing bowl and warm tea. For standard massages, the site does not say whether sauna and cold plunge access is included. Assume it is not, and ask when you book. Steam access is sold separately: the Day Pass is IDR 290k++ for the whole day (10-15 minute guided steam rounds every 30 minutes plus cold plunge), and the Day Pass Plus is 340k++ with access to both steam spaces. Towels are provided; bring your own swimwear.
Do you need to book?
Yes, ideally, especially late afternoons and weekends. Massages are booked through the WhatsApp number on the official site, and the full 90-minute guided steam journeys require booking. Every Sunday evening there is Soundsteam Sunday at IDR 440k++ for six hours, so that is the busiest day.
What are the downsides?
ATMOS is designed to be social: the lounge between steam rounds becomes a meeting place, and there are music events through the week. If you want a silent spa with an ocean view, it is a poor fit; The Istana on the Pecatu cliffs also has a sauna and ice bath with a different atmosphere. The tax percentage is not explained either, so the final total is only clear at the till.
Guest rules ban smoking and vaping anywhere on site, phone calls in wet areas and photographing other guests without consent. Anyone feeling unwell or with open wounds or infections is asked to postpone their visit.
