Pangaea Festival Ubud, 24 Oct 2026: Schedule, Tickets, Getting There

Updated 21 October 2026: the IDR 700,000 Presale tier is now sold out, according to the organiser's Megatix page (checked 21 October 2026). What remains is Presale 2 at about IDR 800,000 and door tickets at about IDR 1.1 million. Date, venue and lineup on the same page are unchanged: Saturday 24 October, doors at 2pm, finishing at 11pm.

Pangaea Festival runs on Saturday 24 October 2026 from 2pm to 11pm at Naya Veda Vastu in Pejeng Kangin, roughly a 15-20 minute drive east of central Ubud. Tickets on Megatix as of 21 October 2026: the IDR 700,000 Presale has sold out, leaving Presale 2 at about IDR 800,000 and about IDR 1.1 million at the door, all including fees. Children under 12 get in free. It's an alcohol-free "conscious dance" festival with two DJ stages, a workshop space, a sound-healing dome and a daytime pool party.

Hour-by-hour plan

• 1.30pm leave Ubud. The route to Pejeng goes through Peliatan and Bedulu, which often jams on weekend afternoons.
• 2pm doors open. The organisers ask people to arrive early.
• 2.30pm opening cacao ceremony on the main stage.
• 3pm-8.30pm DJs rotate about every 80 minutes on the Bohemian Passion stage (Adam Aldyrus live, Framilani, Himmat, Manish, Aleceo) and The Shala (Dance The Dao, SAEA, Savaborsa, Hoda Fadel, Toltech). Breathwork, vipassana and sound-healing sessions run alongside.
• 10pm Damla Yaku (live), then the closing ceremony at 10.30pm. It ends at 11pm.

What to bring and budget for

• Swimwear and a towel for the pool party.
• Money for food: the buffet by Malaika and fresh juices or coconuts are paid separately. There's no alcohol on site.
• Phones are allowed, but the organisers ask you to use them as little as possible.
• No pets.

Transport and parking

The organisers haven't announced a shuttle or any parking details. A scooter from Ubud is the simplest option. If you go by Grab or Gojek, think about the ride home: at 11pm in a village like Pejeng there are usually far fewer online drivers than in central Ubud. It's safer to book a driver for the return trip from the start (see what a car and driver costs in Bali). Arriving early? Stop first at Pura Penataran Sasih in Pejeng, a few minutes away.

The honest downsides

This is a fairly niche community event, and we found no media coverage of earlier editions. The ticket listing itself contradicts how many DJs are playing (it says both 8 and 10). The venue is a private retreat, so layout and parking only become clear on the day. If you want a party with a bar and loud music until sunrise, this isn't it.
