Luigi's Hot Pizza Canggu: Busy Nights, Drink Prices, Dress Code

Luigi's Hot Pizza on Jl. Batu Mejan, Canggu, opens every day from 4pm until late, and its busiest nights are Monday (Metto Monday with the PNNY DJ collective) and Friday (Circa with Say Less Collective). Cocktails on the official menu cost Rp130,000-140,000 (about US$8-9) and a Bintang Rp55,000 (checked October 2026).

What time does Luigi's get busy?

Monday is the big night. Metto Monday starts at 6pm: dinner slowly turns into a dance floor until around midnight. On Fridays, Circa runs from 8pm until late. Other nights are calmer: Wednesday has pasta for Rp100,000 with wine for Rp60,000, and on Mondays from 4pm to 8pm there is a bocce tournament for teams of four, with a Rp3 million bar voucher for the winners.

How much are the drinks?

• Happy hour Tuesday-Sunday 4pm-7pm: beer Rp50,000, spritz Rp100,000, negroni Rp120,000.
• Regular prices: cocktails Rp130,000-140,000 (Island Spritz, Spicy Margarita, Luigi's Negroni), frozen jugs such as Frosé or Frozen Margarita Rp600,000, Bintang Rp55,000, Heineken Rp65,000, Corona Rp95,000, wine by the glass from Rp120,000.
• Food: pizzas Rp120,000-160,000.

The online menu does not say whether tax and service are included, while Honeycombers (May 2026) lists cocktails "from Rp125,000". Budget a little above the menu figures.

Is there a dress code?

The official site lists none. The venue is built from steel shipping containers and seats about 400, and casual clothes are fine. Theme nights are the exception: on Friday 30 October 2026 the Halloween edition, Circa Circus, asks guests to come in circus costume, with 2-for-1 cocktail jugs from 8pm to 10pm.

What is the minimum age?

The legal age to buy alcohol in Indonesia is 21. Luigi's site does not state an entry age, but bring ID if you plan to order drinks. Details are in our article on the drinking and clubbing age in Bali.

Do I need to book?

For Mondays, yes. The site says tables are limited and recommends booking ahead through SevenRooms or WhatsApp. Ticketed events such as Verseuz Brawl 004, a fight night on Saturday 24 October 2026 from 5pm, are sold through Megatix.

Who will not enjoy it?

If you want a quiet pizza dinner or are bringing small children, avoid Monday and Friday nights when the DJs play. Rp600,000 frozen jugs and 2-for-1 deals make it easy for a table to drink more than planned, so book a ride-hailing bike or car home instead of riding a scooter yourself.
