Giselle Canggu: Club 55 Saturdays, Menu Prices and Opening Hours

Giselle, a Mediterranean restaurant-bar styled after the 1980s Riviera on Jl. Tanah Barak, Canggu, has been open since October 2025 (NOW! Bali covered it on 16 October 2025). So any list calling it an "October 2026 opening" is wrong. What matters now: every Saturday night the restaurant turns into a party called Club 55.

Club 55: times and getting in

According to the official site, dinner runs 7-9.30pm, the mood starts shifting at 9.30pm, and at 10pm the lights and music change completely until midnight. Diners with reservations get priority. Walk-ins after 9.30pm depend on space, and in high season the venue can fill before midnight. The music is curated by Tristan Kastelyn, DJ and artistic director. Thursdays bring Sunset Sounds in the garden.

Official menu prices (checked October 2026)

The site lists prices in thousands of rupiah with no tax note, so budget extra. Sea bream tartelette IDR 40k, G.F.C (fried chicken) IDR 150k, bluefin tuna tartare IDR 180k, shrimp linguine IDR 220k, grilled octopus IDR 250k, seafood platter IDR 1.19 million. Dessert cocktails IDR 70-160k.

Hours, dress code, age

Open daily from 5pm until late; the BaliReady directory lists Saturdays until 1am. There is no written dress code, but smart casual is the safe choice for Saturday night. No age limit is published either; bring your passport if you plan to drink (Bali's minimum age rules).

Not ideal for

Anyone wanting a quiet Saturday dinner, because after 9.30pm the room becomes a dance floor. The "chef hors série" dishes, such as Madai Sashimi at IDR 690k and Wagyu Beef Wellington at IDR 1.09 million, also push the bill up fast.
