Swingers Tapas Bar Canggu: 40-Metre Swing, Tapas and Prices

Riding the 40-metre G Swing in Canggu costs IDR 500,000 per person on the official booking system (checked October 2026), while the tapas bar next door, Swingers, is open to anyone who skips the ride. Both share an address at Jl. Pantai Batu Mejan No.9, the road down to Echo Beach.

The swing

The ride lifts up to five people more than 40 metres up and releases them at up to 100 km/h. The operator says it uses steel cables rather than rubber, with two primary and two secondary cables and daily checks. The official blog sets a minimum height of 120 cm. Older posts on the same site and some aggregators still quote IDR 350,000 per person, so go by the booking page. Ride before you order alcohol; a clear head helps while the harness goes on.

The tapas and drinks

The menu mixes Spanish, international and Indonesian dishes. Plate prices are not published online. A Google review quoted on the official site mentions a free-flow cocktail deal at IDR 99,000++ from 4pm to 9pm and calls the prices fair, but the review is undated, so ask whether the deal still runs. Roughly speaking, one swing ride costs about the same as a few cocktails plus tapas for two.

Hours and regular nights

The bar opens 2pm-midnight daily. The swing runs noon-midnight Friday to Tuesday and 4pm-midnight on Wednesday and Thursday. Visitor reviews on the official site mention social salsa and bachata every Monday and a Latin band on Wednesdays; confirm on Instagram as schedules change. The operator mentions no bar entry fee, dress code or minimum spend.

Who it doesn't suit

Children under 120 cm cannot ride. Anyone after a quiet dinner will be bothered by riders screaming and the music, since that is the entertainment.
