Before You Go to Boshe VVIP Club Kuta: Hours, Costs, Karaoke

Boshe VVIP Club is at Jl. Bypass Ngurah Rai No. 89X in Tuban, not on Jalan Legian where most Kuta clubs cluster. It combines a club floor, a live band stage and 15 private karaoke rooms, and it has long been a night out for locals and domestic tourists. Six things people tend to miss before going (checked September 2026):

1. Confirm there is something on that night

The official site, boshevvipclub.com, was offline when checked because the domain has been suspended. The most recent signs of activity are guest videos of visiting DJs from January and May 2026. The freshest schedule lives on Boshe's Facebook and Instagram, so look at the latest posts before you book a ride.

2. Opening hours differ between sources

Qraved lists 10pm to 4am daily, while DJane Mag says 1pm to 3am (which covers karaoke). The club floor usually fills only after midnight, busiest on Fridays and Saturdays.

3. Work out the cost before you walk in

• Regular nights are generally free to enter. Concerts and special events carry a first-drink charge, meaning you pay for your first drink at the door.
• Qraved puts drinks at around IDR 100,000-200,000 per person.
• Karaoke has 7 small, 6 medium and 2 large rooms, plus 4 VVIP rooms with balconies over the club floor. Hourly rates are not officially published, so ask for the price and any minimum order before you settle into a room.

4. The music is Top 40 and R&B, not techno

Boshe's programme rests on live bands playing R&B and chart hits, followed by resident DJs. Guest acts are mostly Indonesian names, such as rapper Young Lex in August 2025 and DJ Panda in 2026. If you want underground techno, Petitenget will suit you better.

5. Bring ID, and expect smoke

Door staff may ask for a passport or ID card. The legal drinking age in Indonesia is 21; see our guide to the minimum age for Bali clubs. Several visitor reviews mention a smoky room and service that slips when the place is full. If cigarette smoke bothers you, this is not your club.

6. Getting home: do not cross the Bypass

The Ngurah Rai Bypass is a multi-lane arterial road that stays busy through the small hours, with trucks and airport traffic moving fast.
