Pasar Sanur: Peruvian Wood-Fire Restaurant, Menu Prices and Hours

Pasar, at Jl. Pungutan No. 21 in Sanur, is a Peruvian restaurant whose kitchen runs on a single wood-fed open grill, and dinner for two with cocktails comes to roughly IDR 915k after tax. Its website went live at the end of May 2026, the official PDF menu is dated 10 June 2026, and Honeycombers put it on its October 2026 list of new Sanur restaurants.

What to order

The idea, according to the official site: Peruvian flavours, Balinese produce, and fire as the bridge between them. The menu is short and meant for sharing.

• Pasar Ceviche IDR 125k: fish in leche de tigre with choclo corn and sweet potato. Fried squid add-on IDR 30k.
• Tiradito Bachiche IDR 135k: thin-sliced red snapper, Grana Padano leche de tigre, basil oil, capers.
• Arroz con Mariscos IDR 175k: rice cooked in shellfish broth with prawns and squid.
• Lomo Saltado IDR 195k: stir-fried beef, onion, tomato, fries and garlic rice.
• Beef Empanada IDR 50k and cassava, plantain and sweet potato chips IDR 50k as snacks.
• Cocktails: Pisco Sour IDR 150k, Classic Negroni IDR 155k, Mezcal Negroni IDR 175k.
• Dessert: Pineapple Tarte Tatin IDR 85k, Alfajores (3 pcs) IDR 55k. Kids menu IDR 45k.

All prices are subject to 15% tax and service. There is a vegetarian option (Sweet Corn Ravioli IDR 145k), but most of the menu is fish, shellfish and meat.

What it costs

Worked out from the official menu: ceviche, arroz con mariscos, lomo saltado and two Pisco Sours add up to IDR 795k, or about IDR 915k after 15%. Without cocktails it is around IDR 570k for two. The daily steak has no printed price, so ask before ordering.

Good to know

• Closed Monday and Tuesday. The site's page says Wednesday to Sunday 17:00-22:30, but the schedule data in the same site's code lists 09:00-17:00. Treat it as a dinner restaurant and confirm first if you want to come at lunchtime.
• The room is small (Honeycombers calls it a small, warm neighbourhood room), so book ahead for Friday and Saturday.
• Not the place for a cheap dinner or Indonesian food. Prices sit at the upper-middle end for Sanur.
