The Blooms Garden Bedugul: Tickets, Hours, Good for Kids?

As of May 2026, entry to The Blooms Garden costs Rp30,000 for Indonesian adults and Rp60,000 for foreign adults, according to detikBali (29 May 2026). The roughly 4.5-hectare flower park is in Banjar Batusesa, Candikuning village, Baturiti district, in cool Bedugul.

How much are tickets and parking?

• Indonesian adults Rp30,000, Indonesian children aged 5-10 Rp15,000.
• Foreign adults Rp60,000, foreign children Rp20,000.
• Parking Rp2,000 for a motorbike, Rp5,000 for a car.

ATVs and some other rides cost extra. The prices were not listed in the sources we found, so ask at the ticket counter before promising the kids a ride.

What are the opening hours, and when is the best time to go?

Daily, 08:30-18:00 local time. detikBali suggests 09:00-11:00 as the best window. In Bedugul mist and drizzle often roll in after midday, especially in the rainy season, so colours and mountain backdrops look sharper in the morning. Bring a light jacket.

What is there to do?

Beds of colourful flowers with themed photo spots, including a Dutch windmill replica and a Dubai-style garden corner. There is also a rabbit park, ATV rides, a shuttle car around the grounds and outbound games for groups. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the garden.

Is it good for kids?

Yes, especially for preschool and primary-age children: tickets are cheap, the rabbits can be seen up close and there is open space to run around. For ATVs, ask about the minimum age and whether a child must ride with an adult. Pack spare clothes if the weather is wet.

What are the downsides?

• Foreign visitors pay double the domestic price.
• Many spots are artificial set-pieces built for photos. If you want a more natural, shaded garden, Bali Botanic Garden in the same village is the better choice.
• Weekends and school holidays bring more tour groups.

How do I get there?

From Denpasar it is about 50-60 km on the Denpasar-Singaraja road, usually 1.5-2 hours. There is no practical public transport, so use your own vehicle or a hired driver. Combine it with Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, a few minutes' drive away.
