A 60-minute Balinese massage at Nusa Dua Spa by Lily Treatment costs IDR 230k, 90 minutes IDR 345k and 120 minutes IDR 450k, according to the treatments page on its official website (checked October 2026). The day spa sits by the main gate of the ITDC resort zone, on Jl. Bypass Ngurah Rai in Benoa, and opens daily 9am-9pm.

Prices are roughly a third to a quarter of resort spa rates, which is why many ITDC hotel guests come over. A few small details catch people out.

What people usually miss

• The free shuttle has conditions. The treatments page says free transfer within Nusa Dua for a minimum of 2 people. The spa's own blog post (September 2026) adds detail: within a 5 km radius, two people booking an hour each get a round trip, a solo guest booking 1 hour gets pick-up only, and the return is free for sessions of 2 hours or more. The car can take 10-15 minutes to loop back after your treatment.
• Tax and service are not mentioned. The site does not say whether prices are nett or ++. Ask on WhatsApp before you go so the bill matches what you expect.
• Minimum 60 minutes per person. 30-minute treatments (head massage IDR 130k, ear candle IDR 120k) are add-ons only.
• Package prices differ between pages. The 2-hour Bali's Heritage is listed at IDR 420k on the homepage but IDR 450k on the treatments page. Confirm the figure when booking.
• Free cancellation up to 1 hour before, and the site promises a refund if you are unhappy within the first 30 minutes.

Other prices per 60 minutes

• Deep tissue IDR 260k, lomi-lomi or aromatherapy IDR 250k, shiatsu IDR 270k.
• Foot massage IDR 200k, kids massage IDR 200k, pregnancy massage IDR 250k.
• Body scrub and mask IDR 230k, facials IDR 220-230k.

Who it suits less

If you want a garden or pool setting, look elsewhere: it is on the bypass road, and one reviewer said traffic noise was audible during the massage. Others mention a room that was too cold (ask them to turn the AC down) and waits of up to 30 minutes without a booking. Some images on the website are AI-generated illustrations, so check visitor photos on Google Maps to see the real rooms.
