EAZY Bali is open daily from 7pm to 2am, upstairs from Deli Island on Jl. Petitenget, Seminyak. The cocktail bar was founded by Jan Jurečka, former bar manager at Four Seasons Jimbaran, and has been trading since December 2025. So if you spot it on a 2026 new-openings list, it is not this month's newcomer.
Who is Jan Jurečka?
A Slovak bartender who started in Prague's bars, then worked in Sydney and as head bartender at Wolfgang Puck's restaurant in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, before moving to the Maldives and Bali. At Four Seasons Jimbaran he led the Sundara bar team and wrote the menu for TELU, the resort’s zero-waste bar. EAZY is the first bar he owns.
Which cocktails come up most?
Three signatures since opening: the Smoked Brisket Negroni, Stars & Disco and the Cheesecake Daiquiri. Going by the name, that Negroni borrows smoky brisket flavour, which ties in with the BBQ kitchen downstairs. EAZY is built around bartenders talking directly to guests, so sit at the counter if you want something off the menu.
How much is a cocktail at EAZY?
No price list has been published, either on Instagram or in the press coverage (checked September 2026). As a benchmark, cocktails at Seminyak hotel bars this year run IDR 140,000-180,000 before tax and service. Ask for the menu on WhatsApp before you go if you are on a budget.
Can you eat there?
Yes. Bar food comes from Deli Island on the floor below: house-made sandwiches and Texas-style BBQ. Deli Island opens 7am-11pm, so you can eat downstairs first and head up when the bar opens.
What are the downsides?
EAZY is not a sunset spot, since it only opens at 7pm. The room is a lounge with soft chairs, plants and a transparent roof, not a dance floor, so it suits groups who want to party less well. Unpublished prices also mean you only find out the total when the bill arrives.
How do you book?
- Location: Jl. Petitenget, Seminyak, above Deli Island. View on Google Maps
- WhatsApp: +62 857 3822 6286 (as listed by NOW! Bali).
- Instagram: @eazybali
- Age: alcohol is for 21 and over only, so bring ID. The rules are in our piece on the minimum drinking age in Bali.
With a 2am close, EAZY works well as the last stop after dinner on Petitenget. If your group still wants to dance, ShiShi Seminyak is an option afterwards; order your taxi from the front of Deli Island so the pickup point is clear.
