Opened in June 2026 on the Bingin clifftop, Saltwood went straight onto Honeycombers’ list of Bali’s hottest new tables. The idea is deliberately simple: bring back the feel of 70s–80s Bali — timber, coconut palms, low-slung seating, ocean breeze and surf views from up high — with no minimum spend and no pretension. The venue comes from Adam Casey, the name behind Sisterfields and Fu House.
Oven, Garden, Fire: A Day at Saltwood
- Oven (6am–sold out): croissants, cinnamon rolls, pain au chocolat, cakes and morning coffee.
- Garden (breakfast 7am–4pm, lunch 11am–5pm): salmon & rye, Calabrian eggs, spicy feta dip, fish sandwich, school prawns and a dry-aged beef burger.
- Fire (late afternoon–night): wood-fired grill — rib eye, organic half chicken, king prawns, charcoal fish in kombu butter and picanha with gravy.
Prices & Sunset Vibes
- Breakfast IDR 80,000–140,000; lunch IDR 65,000–170,000; grill IDR 200,000–500,000 (400 g rib eye IDR 950,000).
