On Seminyak’s “Eat Street”, Ultimo Italian Restaurant has long been a go-to Italian dinner spot that fills up almost every night. Its motto is “Come As Friend, Dine As Family”, and the setting suits group dinners: a spacious dining room with a retractable roof for eating under the stars, plus an “outdoor theatre” terrace facing Jl. Kayu Aya and daily live music. The official website lists only one location: Seminyak.

• Busy hours: dinner time. The official website itself advises booking a table or arriving early because the restaurant is often full.
• Choosing a seat: terrace tables are great for drinks and people-watching, but they are small. For a full meal, pick the main dining room.
• Dress: smart casual is enough. There is no strict dress code.
• Access: Jl. Kayu Aya is congested in the evening and parking is limited. A ride-hailing taxi or walking from your Seminyak accommodation is more practical.
