Saltwood Bingin is a clifftop all-day restaurant at Jl. Petra Bingin No. 1, Pecatu, above Bingin in Uluwatu. It opens daily at 6am and runs late, with breakfast dishes at IDR 80,000-140,000 and grill plates from IDR 150,000, before 10% tax and 6% service.
According to Concrete Playground it opened in June 2026, and Honeycombers lists it among Bali's new restaurants. The look is a throwback to 70s and 80s Bali: timber, coconut palms, low seating, sea breeze and surf views from up high, with no minimum spend.
Oven, Garden, Fire: How the Day Runs
- Oven (6am until sold out): cinnamon rolls, blueberry rolls, croissants, pain au chocolat, almond croissants, cookies and slices to go with morning coffee.
- Garden (breakfast 7am-4pm, lunch 11am-4pm): salmon and rye, Calabrian eggs, spicy feta dip, fish sandwich, school prawns and a 180 g dry-aged beef burger.
- Fire (daily from 5pm): an open-flame grill over aged coals: rib eye, picanha, organic half chicken, king prawns and charcoal fish in kombu butter, with a choice of gravies and sauces.

What reviews mention
- Ratings: about 4.4 on Google from roughly 700 reviews (per the Supper Social listing, October 2026); 4.9 on Tripadvisor, though from only around 15 reviews.
- Common praise: the cliff-edge position and sunset, the burger and fries, king prawns, mac and cheese, the tiramisu and banana pudding, and staff who give menu recommendations.
- Recurring drawbacks: it gets warm at lunchtime with little airflow; service can be slow or rushed when it fills up before sunset; prices are high for Bali, especially once 16% lands on the bill.
