Minoo Beach Club Melasti: Cocktail Prices, Hours, Booking

At Minoo Beach Club on Melasti Beach, classic cocktails such as a margarita or mojito are listed at IDR 110,000 and signature cocktails at IDR 120,000, before 10% tax and 7% service. Entry is free, a minimum spend applies only to premium seating, and Honeycombers Bali (updated 28 August 2026) lists it as open daily from 10am to 8pm.

Those prices come from the drinks menu on the official site, minoobeachclub.com. One caveat: the menu file was uploaded in October 2023, and when we checked the site on 27 October 2026 it was still the only menu posted. Treat the numbers as a floor, not a final bill.

The vibe: a relaxed beach club, not a night party

Minoo sits right on Melasti's white sand in Ungasan, with a 12-metre pool, shaded cabanas and bean bags facing the sea. Local DJs keep the volume moderate. Honeycombers says the club was recently refreshed, with new daybeds between the pool and the beach where the famous jukung boat used to sit. The official site still describes the boat over the pool, so older photos online may not match what you find. Minoo is also dog- and family-friendly.

Busy hours run from around 4pm until sunset, especially at weekends. Midday, poolside seats are usually easy to get.

What a visit costs

  • House gin and tonics (The Indies, Pink Potion): IDR 110,000.
  • Classic cocktails (margarita, piña colada, espresso martini): IDR 110,000. Signatures (The Barong with Balinese arak, Frozen Lady): IDR 120,000.
  • Beer: Bintang IDR 45,000, Heineken IDR 65,000, Corona IDR 95,000. Young coconut IDR 50,000, mocktails IDR 65,000.
  • Sangria pitcher IDR 399,000, enough for 3-4 glasses.
  • Tax and service add roughly 17.7%. Two cocktails each plus a snack for two realistically comes to IDR 450,000-600,000 after tax (about US$28-37).

Downsides worth knowing

  • It closes at 8pm according to Honeycombers. If you want a party after dark, this is not the place.
  • Sources disagree on hours: an older Little Steps guide says 1pm opening on weekdays and 10am at weekends, with a minimum spend only at weekends. Check Instagram before a morning visit.
  • The online menu is three years old, so on-site prices may be higher.
  • No dress code or age limit has been published on the site or in the sources we checked.

A Melasti-specific safety tip: the road down to the beach is cut through limestone cliffs with steep bends. After sunset drinks, take a taxi or ride-hailing bike rather than riding a scooter yourself on that road in the dark. For waves and beach rules, read our Melasti Beach guide first.
