Before Rolling Fork's Latin Party in Uluwatu: Tickets, Times

The Latin Party at Rolling Fork Padang Padang runs every Tuesday: a social dance session from 8pm to 9.30pm, then the Latin band El Sava plays from 9.30pm until closing. Entry is IDR 150,000 according to the official poster uploaded in March 2026. On other nights this is a family Italian restaurant with a garden and a kids' playground. Plenty of people arrive with the wrong idea, so here is what to know before you go (checked October 2026).

1. Turning up at 9.30pm means missing the class

The 8pm-9.30pm social dance session is led by professional dancers, so first-timers should arrive before 8pm. Bali Home Immo's Uluwatu nightlife planner says Salsa Tuesdays here often fill up, so book a table if you want dinner before the band starts.

2. Friday and Saturday are not salsa nights

Weekends switch to Garden Groove & DJ Set, a deep house lounge every Friday and Saturday from 7.30pm. The same poster lists 2-for-1 special cocktails from 6pm to 9pm. If Latin dancing is the goal, Tuesday is the only option.

3. Budget for 16% on top, and no split bills

  • Bintang IDR 50,000; Island Brewing Pale Ale IDR 80,000.
  • Classic cocktails (margarita, mojito, espresso martini) IDR 130,000; signatures IDR 140,000; Negroni and Aperol Spritz IDR 150,000.
  • Margherita pizza IDR 95,000; house-made pasta from about IDR 125,000.

All prices on the official menu exclude 10% tax and 6% service, and the menu states "no split bills". Groups should agree on how to share the bill before ordering.

4. The after-party is already arranged

The Latin Party poster says guests get free entry to the after-party at Club Corazón, also on Jalan Labuansait. Keep your ticket or ask the cashier how to claim it.

5. Dress code and age

Rolling Fork's website lists no dress code. For salsa, smooth-soled shoes work far better than flip-flops on a wooden floor. No age limit is published either; Bali's general rules are covered in our article on the minimum drinking and clubbing age. Bring ID.

Who it suits less

Couples after a quiet dinner should pick another night, because Tuesdays are packed and loud after 9.30pm. Jalan Labuansait at night is narrow, dark in places and crowded with scooters; don't ride home after drinking, book Grab or Gojek from the restaurant entrance.
