Among the design-led restaurants lining Jalan Kayu Aya, Warung Nia sticks to a simple formula: wooden tables, an open kitchen and grill smoke that drifts all the way to the pavement. Warung Nia opens roughly 11am to 10pm daily. The busiest window is 7pm–9pm, when the wait can stretch to 20–30 minutes without a booking; arriving at 5.30–6.30pm or at lunch is far more relaxed.
