Balangan Beach is one of the most enchanting beaches on the Bukit peninsula in Uluwatu. Its white sand stretches beneath towering limestone cliffs, lined with thatched-roof warungs facing the blue sea. The vibe is laid-back yet iconic, especially in the late afternoon as the sun begins to set.

A Surfer's Paradise

Balangan is famous for its consistent reef break, beloved by experienced surfers. The best waves usually appear at mid to low tide. If you don't surf, watching the surfers from the sand while sipping fresh coconut is an experience in itself.
