Mozaic Restaurant Ubud: Iconic Fine Dining in a Tropical Garden

Set on Jl. Raya Sanggingan, Mozaic Restaurant has long been known as one of Ubud's most iconic fine-dining destinations. Under Chef Chris Salans, Mozaic's kitchen marries classic French technique with the richness of local Indonesian ingredients, producing dishes that feel elegant yet rooted in the flavors of the archipelago.

Dining here is less a meal than a slow, layered journey of taste enjoyed within a calm, romantic tropical garden setting.

The Tasting Menu Takes Center Stage

Mozaic's main draw is its multi-course tasting menu (degustation), which changes with the seasons and the best available produce. Each course is carefully composed, pairing French precision with fresh Balinese spices and ingredients.

• Multi-course tasting menu with several tiers to choose from.
• Fresh local ingredients that rotate with the season.
• Wine pairing options to complement each course.

A Tropical Garden Atmosphere

Mozaic's dining room is designed to blend into a lush tropical garden, creating an intimate, private atmosphere. With a smart-casual dress code, it suits special celebrations, romantic dinners, or a memorable culinary experience during a stay in Ubud.
