Paperhills is a café and pool club on Jl. Raya Penelokan, Batur Selatan, Kintamani (Bangli), with tiered seating that steps down the caldera rim and looks straight at Mount Batur and Lake Batur. • Mornings in Penelokan can be just 12–18°C: bring a jacket, plus swimwear if you plan to use the pool club.
• Kintamani area levy (Bangli Regional Regulation No. 5/2023): IDR 50k for foreign tourists, IDR 25k for domestic tourists and IDR 10k for Bali ID holders; official posts operate roughly 8am–5pm (detikBali, March 2026).
