Notte is a small cocktail bar at Jl. Labuansait No.39, Pecatu, open since mid-2025 and deliberately without DJs or live bands. The idea comes from slow coffee bars: head bartender Taketo Utsunomiya asks about your mood, then mixes one drink just for you.
Atmosphere and drinks
The lights are low, the furniture is vintage and Italian in style, and the music is jazz and blues from the speakers. NOW! Bali (February 2026) compares it to a bar in Ginza, Tokyo. There is no long menu; you can order a classic such as a Negroni, but most guests ask for something built around their taste. On 16 May 2026 Taketo guest-bartended at Pinstripe Bar in Ubud, a sign the bar is still active this year.
Hours, prices and entry rules
- Hours: NOW! Bali lists 5pm-1am daily, while Chope lists Tuesday-Sunday 6pm-1am (closed Monday). Check first if you plan a Monday visit.
- Prices: no official price list has been published. Chope gives a range of IDR 250-400k per person (checked October 2026).
- Age: the drinks menu on Chope is marked 21+, so bring ID.
- Dress code: none announced; neat casual is fine.
- Bookings: WhatsApp or Instagram DM @notte.bali. Seats are few, so book for Friday-Saturday.
- Location: View on Google Maps
Verdict
Notte suits two people who want to talk after dinner, not a group looking for a party; for that, Jl. Labuansait has Hatch and The Shady Pig on the same road. The downside is clear: with no priced menu the bill can surprise you, so ask the price before ordering a bespoke drink. Public reviews are still few (Chope shows only four).
Labuansait is busy with scooters past midnight when the nearby clubs empty out, and some stretches are dark. If you are staying in Bingin or Padang Padang, book a car through an app instead of riding a scooter yourself after drinking.
