How to Get to Bali Farm House in Pancasari from Canggu and Ubud

Bali Farm House in Pancasari village, Sukasada district, Buleleng is roughly a 1.5-2 hour drive from Canggu or Seminyak and slightly less from Ubud. This 4.7-hectare visitor farm opened in February 2024 with alpacas, Shetland ponies, horses, rabbits, goats and sheep. NOW! Bali lists adult tickets at Rp125,000 and children aged 2-12 at Rp100,000, both including a Rp25,000 food and drink credit.

A day route from Canggu (realistic times)

• 7:00 leave Canggu via Mengwi and Baturiti. From Ubud, leave at 7:30 via Sangeh or Payangan.
• 8:45-9:00 arrive in Pancasari on the north side of Lake Beratan. The farm opens at 9:00; NOW! Bali advises arriving early because it gets busier later.
• 9:00-11:30 walk the grounds, feed the animals, then use the Rp25,000 credit at the café.
• 11:45 stop at Handara Gate, a few minutes from Pancasari.
• 12:30 continue to Wanagiri Hidden Hills for the view over Lakes Buyan and Tamblingan, about 20 minutes.
• 14:30 head south before the thick fog rolls in, reaching Canggu around 16:30-17:00.

Why it does not suit everyone

It is expensive by Buleleng standards: a family of two adults and two children pays Rp405,000 on the family package. The figure may not be current either. NOW! Bali published it in January 2025, while a Trip.com listing from January 2026 shows Rp70,000, so check the official website before you go. Bedugul weather is unpredictable; rain and mud make the open fields unpleasant, and boots are sold in the gift shop. On weekends and holidays the Baturiti-Bedugul road often jams. If you only want free views, Wanagiri is enough.

• Tickets: adults Rp125,000, children 2-12 Rp100,000, under 2 free; family package Rp405,000. Conflicts with Rp70,000 on Trip.com (checked October 2026).
• Other packages: Klook sells "Brunch with Alpaca" and picnic packages; prices vary by currency.

• Bring: a light jacket and an umbrella; Pancasari is much cooler than the coast.

Coming from Lovina the route reverses and is far shorter: about 45 minutes uphill to Pancasari via Gitgit.
