The studio at Jl. Sempol No. 28 describes itself as a fully private infrared sauna studio: one room, one pod, no strangers next to you.

You get 70 minutes in the pod plus 5 minutes to get ready to leave. There is coloured LED lighting in the ceiling and a Bluetooth speaker for podcasts. Can two people go together?

Yes. A pod fits up to 3 people, at Rp100,000 per extra person. Children under 15 are not allowed.

What should you prepare?

Robes and towels are provided. Arrive 10-15 minutes early, since late arrivals lose time from the session. Showering before the ice bath is required. Wear a bikini or boardshorts if you prefer not to go nude. The showers and changing area after the session are shared.

Who does it suit less?

If you want a social scene with a hot sauna and shared cold plunge, a recovery centre like Nirvana Life in Canggu is a better match. The per-session price is also high for a one-off visit and only makes sense with the morning promo or a pack. The cancellation rule is strict: inside 6 hours, the session is forfeited.
