Set on Jl. Raya Sanggingan, Mozaic Restaurant has long been known as one of Ubud's most iconic fine-dining destinations. Under Chef Chris Salans, Mozaic's kitchen marries classic French technique with the richness of local Indonesian ingredients, producing dishes that feel elegant yet rooted in the flavors of the archipelago.
Dining here is less a meal than a slow, layered journey of taste enjoyed within a calm, romantic tropical garden setting.
The Tasting Menu Takes Center Stage
Mozaic's main draw is its multi-course tasting menu (degustation), which changes with the seasons and the best available produce. Each course is carefully composed, pairing French precision with fresh Balinese spices and ingredients.
