Meimei's website now lists its "Chapter 2" signature menu: eight to ten chef-chosen dishes with proteins that follow the season, limited each night, and with no changes for allergies or diets. Executive chef Yudha Permana was named Rising Star at Tatler Best Indonesia 2026 (announced 13 April 2026); he also runs the YUKI kitchens under Pulau Projects, the same group behind Osteria Luna Uluwatu and Cafe Daśa Sanur.
From the à la carte list, the dishes that come up most are the Borneo tiger prawns with prawn-head sauce, line-caught fish with Jimbaran butter and sambal matah, and duck dry-aged for 14 days. Add-ons: a three-glass wine pairing for IDR 450,000, three "Saying hello" cocktails for IDR 450,000, or five "Deeper conversation" cocktails for IDR 650,000.
The downsides
The official site shows no per-dish prices, so you only learn the à la carte total at the table. The Chapter 2 set can't be adjusted for vegetarians or allergies; choose the IDR 800,000 tasting menu, which still accepts dietary requests. It's dinner only, from 5pm, and Jl. Pantai Batu Bolong often jams up before sunset, so come by scooter taxi or car drop-off rather than hunting for parking. On a smaller budget, Cocomo on the same street is lighter on the wallet.
