What to book and what it costs

Goldust splits its massages into two groups: treatments in a closed suite, and treatments in the poolside lounge, on plush chaise longues facing the pool. According to the official menu:

• Relaxation (a Balinese and Swedish blend): 60 min IDR 320k++, 90 min IDR 420k++.
• Remedy (deep tissue): 60 min IDR 350k++, 90 min IDR 450k++.
• Signature with a mineral back mask and warm rose quartz stones: 90 min IDR 500k++.
• Sports or Lymphatic Drainage: 60 min IDR 650k++.
• Poolside lounge: Stress Buster (upper back, shoulders, head, neck and feet) and Foot Revive, each 60 min IDR 280k++. The 30-minute versions are IDR 180k++.

The spa is actually better known for facials. Its flagship 24k Gold facial runs 90 minutes for IDR 1.75 million++, far above the massage prices.

Who it suits less

If you want a one-hour Balinese massage for IDR 150-200k, Goldust is not the place. The 20% ++ makes the bill noticeably higher than the menu figure, the same logic explained in our piece on the ++ on Bali bills. Lounge massages also happen in the open poolside area rather than a private room; book a suite treatment if you want full privacy.

Beyond massages there are Body Glow treatments (scrubs and wraps), 60 minutes for IDR 500k++, each including a head massage, a hair mask and a tropical rain shower.
