Therapy Day Spa Pererenan: Menu, Massage Prices and Booking

A 60-minute Balinese massage at Therapy Day Spa, Jl. Pantai Pererenan No. 99, costs IDR 400,000 and the 90-minute version IDR 550,000, according to the menu on its official website (checked September 2026).

This small spa is open daily 9am-8pm and uses its own plant-based, cruelty-free products, some of which are sold in its online shop. There is also a separate hair spa menu.

Menu and Prices

• The Healing Act (Balinese massage): 60 min IDR 400,000, 90 min IDR 550,000. The 90-minute session opens with a 5-minute foot ritual.
• The Panel Beat (deep tissue, pitched at surfers): 60 min IDR 500,000, 90 min IDR 650,000.
• The Ultimate Euphoria (signature massage with a back-and-neck heat pad): 90 min IDR 800,000.
• Back in Harmony (back, shoulders, neck): 30 min IDR 350,000, 60 min IDR 500,000.
• Reflexology or Relaxology (feet): 30 min IDR 300,000, 60 min IDR 400,000, 90 min IDR 550,000.
• A Salty Ritual (Kusamba sea salt and calendula scrub): 60 min IDR 550,000. The menu says it is unsuitable for sensitive skin.
• The Mum to Be (pregnancy massage): 60 min IDR 600,000.
• Cream bath 60 min IDR 500,000; Two Slices of Heaven (60-minute massage plus scrub or mask) 1 hr 45 min IDR 800,000.

Which One to Book?

After a day in the surf, The Panel Beat is the obvious pick. For plain relaxation, the 90-minute Healing Act costs only IDR 150,000 more for an extra half hour. Sunburnt? Awaken Your Senses (60-minute body mask, IDR 550,000) is designed for sun-exposed skin, though the menu advises against it on peeling skin.

The Downsides

• Price: IDR 400,000 for an hour sits in Canggu's mid-to-upper bracket. Honeycombers notes that basic massages in the area usually run IDR 200,000-300,000.
• Tax: the online menu does not say whether prices include tax and service. Ask when you book.
• Facilities: the site and menu list therapist treatments only, with no sauna or ice bath. If that is what you want, The Path in Pererenan has a recovery space.
• Traffic: Jl. Pantai Pererenan often clogs up towards sunset. A scooter beats a car.

If you are coming straight from Pererenan Beach, rinse off the sand and salt first. A salt scrub on freshly sunburnt skin is not a comfortable combination.
