Amid the buzz of Berawa, The Mailroom is a speakeasy you genuinely have to find. Open since 2022 at Jl. Pantai Berawa No. 7, Tibubeneng (Canggu), this small bar blends Prohibition-era glamour with theatrical cocktails — ideal for a date or a first drink before heading to the clubs.

Getting In: The Mailbox and the Key

• After booking you receive a mailbox number. In a corridor lined with mailboxes, open the right one, take the key and unlock the bar door.
• The entrance is deliberately low-key: older reviews place it behind a poke-bowl café, while the official website now jokes that it sits behind a building site that is “almost finished”. Keep going — you’re close.
• Parking for cars and motorbikes is available in an open lot opposite the venue.

Atmosphere, Cocktails & Prices

• An intimate room of chandeliers, green velvet seating and smartly dressed bartenders; seating is limited (small tables, bar stools and one group table).
• Around 14 signature cocktails that change with each menu “volume” — featuring smoke, foams and serves in a mini bathtub or a mini IV bag. The bartenders will also build a custom drink to your taste.
• Cocktails start from about IDR 150,000 a glass (Honeycombers 2026; older sources quote IDR 120,000) — ask whether tax and service are included.
