EPIC NOW Bali: VR Dinner at Nuanu, Rp1.5 Million a Head

The EPIC NOW dinner at Nuanu costs Rp1,500,000++ per person for either the Signature or Vegetarian menu, according to the Megatix ticket page checked in September 2026. Drinks are extra. Honeycombers put it on its Hot New Tables list for September 2026, although Nuanu launched the programme on 7 January 2026.

The concept

Guests wear VR headsets and move through eight virtual "worlds", each paired with one Japanese-Balinese fusion dish. The menu comes from chef Kazushige Suzuki of the omakase restaurant Icca in New York. Nuanu and EPIC NOW call it "Southeast Asia's first VR Michelin dining experience". That "Michelin" label refers to the chef's track record, not to a Michelin award for a restaurant in Bali.

It takes place inside Luna Beach Club in the Elysium area of Nuanu Creative City, Beraban, Tabanan, a glass-and-bamboo building facing the ocean. Honeycombers gives the address as Jl. Kayangan.

Schedule and capacity: the sources disagree

• Nuanu and Honeycombers: Friday and Saturday evenings, up to 18 guests per session, with four package tiers up to VIP.
• Megatix: Wednesday to Sunday at 19:00, 10 guests per session, about 1.5 hours, children aged 7 and over welcome.

Go by whatever is shown when you book. The Megatix rules are strict: doors close 15 minutes after the start, late arrivals are not admitted, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and menu changes are limited.

Who it suits, and who should skip it

Good for a small celebration or anyone curious about immersive dining. Less suited if VR headsets make you dizzy, if you have allergies needing many substitutions, or if you care more about the food than the show: Rp1.5 million before tax and service for roughly 90 minutes.
