Dawn & Dusk by Lago, Lembongan: Menu, Prices and Opening Hours

Dawn & Dusk by Lago, two kitchens in one beachfront building just south of Jungutbatu, made Honeycombers' Hot New Tables list published on 3 October 2026. According to the official site (checked October 2026), Dawn opens 6am-6pm, Dusk 11am-9pm, every price carries 17.15% tax and service, and Lago does not take cash.

How new is it?

Lago says the estate has been running since 2019, and The Lembongan Traveller was already writing about Dawn and Dusk in May 2025. What's new is the spotlight and the refreshed menus, not the opening.

Dawn: breakfast on the sand

Dawn is on the ground floor, opening straight onto Song Lambung Beach, formerly called Coconut Beach. Big Breakfast IDR 200k, Balinese Benedict IDR 160k, chili scramble on sourdough IDR 120k, croissant IDR 35k, flat white IDR 45k. Breakfast is walk-in only. The hours don't match: the menu lists cooked breakfast 6am-11am, while the FAQ on the same page says until 2pm. Arrive before 11am to be safe.

Dusk: dinner over the Playgrounds break

Dusk is upstairs, with an open deck and an air-conditioned room. The menu leans seafood: crispy-skinned butterfish with sambal matah IDR 195k (another version of the menu on the same site says IDR 210k), confit pork belly IDR 280k, Balinese pumpkin curry IDR 150k, Black Angus ribeye IDR 445k, cocktails IDR 150-155k. Honeycombers raves about a pistachio-crusted lamb rack, but the menus posted online don't include it, so ask first. Dinner bookings start at 6pm; book ahead for Fridays and Saturdays in dry season. Sundays 3pm-6pm bring acoustic music with no cover charge.

What to factor in

One butterfish, one pork belly and two cocktails come to roughly IDR 900k after the 17.15%, far above Jungutbatu warung prices. Bring a card or another cashless option.
