Pura Samuan Tiga, Bedulu: A Hidden Cultural Gem in Gianyar

Hidden in Bedulu village, about five kilometres from central Ubud, Pura Samuan Tiga is one of Gianyar's oldest and most historic temples. Its name means “meeting of the three”, referring to a pivotal event believed to have unified Bali's religious streams. According to historical records, the temple is linked to a great assembly in the 10th–11th centuries during the Warmadewa dynasty.
