Plenty of people search for “Chill Spa” at Padma Resort Legian and never find it. The official name is The Spa at Padma Resort Legian, inside the 9.6-hectare resort at Jl. Padma No. 1, Legian, Kuta District. The part most people miss: the spa is open to outside visitors, not just house guests.
A Resort Spa, Not a Shopfront
The resort has been running since 15 September 1990, with 437 rooms, five swimming pools (the lagoon pool winds for 104 metres) and a 5,100 sqm kitchen garden. The Spa and Beauty Salon open daily from 9am to 9pm, use Pevonia products for facials, and have couple treatment rooms. One honest note: resort pool access is not automatically included for outside spa guests — ask when you book, do not assume.
The 2026 Menu and Real Prices
- Balinese or Deep Tissue Massage, 90 minutes — Rp 860,000.
- Warm Stone or Herbal Compress Massage, 90 minutes — Rp 880,000.
- Four Hand Massage, 60 minutes with two therapists — Rp 1,210,000.
- Padma Signature Touch, 3 hours — sound healing, Balinese massage, lulur scrub, then a facial — Rp 1,740,000.
- Traditional Healing or Jet Lag Revival, 2.5 hours each — Rp 1,640,000.
- Pink Tourmaline Bathing Ritual Rp 980,000; Ultimate Indulgence 120 minutes Rp 1,270,000; Detox Facial Rp 810,000; Oxygen Super Facial 75 minutes Rp 1,500,000.
- For children: Chocolate Massage 30 minutes Rp 320,000 and Hair Wash & Braiding 30 minutes Rp 275,000.
None of those figures include the 15% government tax, so the 90-minute massage listed at Rp 860,000 lands nearer Rp 990,000.
Honestly: Is It Worth It Against Street Day Spas?
Along Jl. Padma and Jl. Legian a 60-minute Balinese massage still goes for Rp 100,000–200,000. The Spa is five to six times dearer, and it is fair to ask why.
- What you get: trained therapists with consistent pressure, clearly labelled products, a clean and quiet room, and no pushy upselling.
- What you do not: a cheap price — and no clifftop ocean panorama like the Uluwatu spas.
- The trick: Legian is far closer to Ngurah Rai Airport than north Seminyak or Canggu, so a late-afternoon slot on your last day before a night flight makes real sense. Book at least a day ahead, arrive 10 minutes early, and remember that cancelling within 12 hours incurs a fee.

Legian gets less hype than Seminyak or Canggu, but for a resort spa with clear standards and a short run to the airport, the area still makes sense. If you plan to stay around Jl. Padma, compare prices and book your hotel voucher on AccessiaPass.
