Bliss Sanctuary for Women: An All-Inclusive Women-Only Retreat in Canggu & Seminyak

Founded in 2011 by Australian Zoë Watson after her own battle with chronic fatigue and burnout, Bliss Sanctuary for Women welcomes female guests only—no children, no couples—with 5–7 guests per sanctuary. There is no rigid group schedule: every guest arrives and leaves on different dates, and a hostess plans a personal daily itinerary. In July 2026 the founder noted that Bliss has been running for 15 years and has won more than 80 international awards.

Three Sanctuaries, Three Moods

• Canggu (Berawa): the original sanctuary, with a large pool, a rooftop yoga shala and gardens with koi ponds; about a 10-minute walk to the beach.
• Seminyak (opened 2016): in a quiet cul-de-sac, a 5-minute walk to cafés and boutiques; it has a yoga shala, a meditation pod and a massage bale overlooking the pool.
• Villa Peace, Seminyak: a two-bedroom villa near Jl. Oberoi with fewer guests; it can be booked for two, including couples or 3–4 friends.

What’s Included: Unlimited Everything

• Unlimited daily massages and spa treatments: Balinese, Thai, hot stone, creambath, herbal ball, reflexology, body scrub, facial, manicure-pedicure and aromatherapy.
• One flower bath or wellness bath, unlimited yoga (on site and at a partner studio) and meditation.
• Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and fresh juices—Western and Indonesian dishes, not a weight-loss diet programme.
• A personal driver for sightseeing (Tanah Lot, Ubud, Tirta Empul), airport transfers and bicycles.

Price Estimates & Terms

• Packages are counted in days (not nights), with 7 days as standard and flexible arrival dates.
• The official website estimates the 7-day Bliss Package at around US$2,900 + taxes for a private room (roughly Rp45–50 million) or about US$2,700 per person when sharing a room with a friend; discounts of up to 15% depending on dates.
• Final prices come by email quote (valid for 7 days); the 50% deposit is non-refundable, the balance is due one month before arrival, and travel insurance is mandatory.
• Not a day spa: only staying guests are allowed on the premises.
