Wisteria Canggu Opens: New Rooftop Brunch and Menu Prices

Wisteria, a rooftop brunch restaurant on Jl. Raya Canggu (Gang Lebak Sari), opened in September 2026 and made NOW Bali's list of that month's new openings (published 14 October 2026). It belongs to The Wonderspace group, which also runs Norii, Riserva Steakhouse and Tropical Temptation Beach Club. Open daily 7am to 10pm.

What's new

The concept is Western comfort food with Asian seasoning, led by Chef Febry Adhe. The official PDF menu lists Spicy Pork Scrambled Egg at IDR 80,000, Japanese Shakshuka with Japanese curry at IDR 80,000, Gochujang Prawn Pappardelle at IDR 100,000, Gnocchi in kimchi sauce at IDR 75,000, truffle wagyu nasi goreng at IDR 180,000 and Pandan Waffle at IDR 50,000. Signature cocktails are IDR 160,000 and deliberately light for daytime, such as the Pandan Coconut Lowball made with Balinese arak and the Pink Guava Kemangi Fizz.

What it means for visitors

• Menu prices exclude 21% tax and service, so an IDR 80,000 shakshuka comes to about IDR 97,000 on the bill.
• The official site recommends booking, which makes sense for a new place people are talking about.
• Seating is open-air on the roof. If you don't handle heat well, mornings or late afternoons beat midday.
• It closes at 10pm, so this is a brunch and early dinner spot, not a late-night drinking venue.

Since it's only a month old, independent reviews are still few; treat the menu and prices above as a starting point rather than fixed. For a long-running comparison, Livingstone Canggu is still a brunch reference in the same area.
