For the Lymphatic Detox Massage (Rp760,000/90 min), the menu asks you to book ahead and avoid eating or drinking for at least two hours beforehand.

An honest take

The technique and oil choices are what you would expect from a tidy resort spa. The issue is price. Rp500,000 for 60 minutes is almost double Putri Bali Spa in Ubud (Rp270,000). Ramayana reviews on TripAdvisor also repeatedly mention spa and dining prices as poor value. This spa makes sense if you are already staying at Ramayana or in Sengkidu and want a massage without getting in a car. If you want a cheap massage, the small spas along Candidasa's main road are usually cheaper; compare menus first.

A location note: guest reviews from 2026 mention that the beach in front of the resort is closed for shoreline restoration work. If your plan is a massage followed by a swim, check current conditions or walk over to the Candidasa beach and lagoon.
