My Dear Clara, a 140-seat Italian restaurant at Jl. Labuansait No. 44, Pecatu, began taking guests on 5 September 2026, according to Epicure Asia. Some August round-ups still list it as "opening August 2026"; as of late September it is open daily from 5pm until late.
What is new here
The two floors are built around an open kitchen: a glass-walled cheese room making burrata, stracciatella, ricotta and mozzarella daily from Javanese milk, a hand-made pasta station, a Roman-style pizza counter and a cocktail bar using a rotary evaporator. The owners are the team behind KALA in Uluwatu. The kitchen is led by chef and co-owner Zarrukh Farkhodovich, who trained at Arzak, the three-Michelin-star restaurant in San Sebastián.
The official menu includes Burrata Ravioli with lemon butter and sage, Beef Cheek Pappardelle, Duck Caramelle, Jimbaran white clam spaghetti with tuna bottarga, a mortadella pizza with kale pesto and pistachio, and a Pistachio Tiramisu served in one bowl for the table to share. There is a DJ at weekends, and according to Honeycombers the pool is open to restaurant guests before dinner.
Good to know
- Prices: not yet published on the website or online menu (checked September 2026). Ask for a range when booking if you want to plan a budget.
- Drawbacks: dinner only, no lunch, and as a restaurant only a few weeks old it has too few guest reviews yet to judge consistency.
