Batu Karang Lembongan Resort & Spa: Staying on the Coral Cliff Above Jungutbatu

Our feed already covers a great deal of Nusa Lembongan — from Devil's Tear to the Yellow Bridge — but not a single place to sleep there. Batu Karang Lembongan Resort & Spa closes that gap: a four-star resort of about 39 units on the coral hillside directly above Jungutbatu Beach, with an uninterrupted panorama across the Badung Strait to the silhouette of Mount Agung. The resort is still active; its latest offer was published in August 2026.

• Muntigs Bar & Restaurant, relaunched in January 2026, serving international, Asian and Indonesian dishes.
• Lulur Spa with Balinese massage and a seaweed scrub, plus a Wellness Centre with a gym, reformer pilates, an ice bath and a steam room.
• Buggy transport between areas — the resort is built on a slope with many steps, so factor that in if you travel with elderly guests.

Fast Boat from Sanur and Price Ranges

From Sanur Harbour the fast boat to Jungutbatu takes about 30 minutes. The route is served by operators including Scoot Fast Cruises, Arthamas Express and D'Camel Fast Ferry, with departures from morning until around 17:00 and fares of Rp150,000–250,000 one way. Since 1 September 2026, visitors to Nusa Penida, Lembongan and Ceningan pay a levy of Rp25,000 for adults and Rp15,000 for children. Room rates shift with the season, generally around Rp2–4 million a night for rooms and suites, before tax and service (about 21% according to the resort's own FAQ). Carry cash, as island ATMs are often unreliable.
