Bali’s restaurant opening season is in full swing. Drawing on Honeycombers’ “Hot New Tables September 2026” list plus coverage from NOW! Bali, What’s New Indonesia and other food media, we picked 10 restaurants that opened between May and September 2026 — each checked to be genuinely operating, with area, concept and a map link.

2. Pak Gula (Bingin) — a two-storey restaurant from The Cashew Tree crew with an Asian sharing menu: char siu pork bao, veggie dumplings, chicken satay and braised beef curry. Downstairs is casual; upstairs feels like a city dinner spot with long tables and a bar, and the cocktails carry Asian flavours too. View on Google Maps
