Before You Go to MESA Bali Berawa: Entry, Nights, Drink Prices

Entry to MESA Bali on Jl. Pantai Berawa costs IDR 250,000 including one drink on ticketed nights, or is free on the guest list for the first 150 people who arrive before midnight (based on the 4 and 10 October 2026 events listed on bali.live). The three-level venue has a roofdeck, a lounge and a nightclub, and stays open until 5am.

What people usually miss

• Every night has a different sound. Per the official site: Monday COCORICO (French party), Tuesday AFRO FUSION, Wednesday PLAY (hip hop, R&B), Thursday THROWBACK, Friday WAHALA (Afrobeats, Amapiano), Saturday ICON (hip hop, UK sounds), Sunday SONDELA. The lounge starts at 8pm; the nightclub opens at 10pm on Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. House and techno fans should look elsewhere.
• The tax is not the usual 21%. The menu note (updated August 2026) lists 15% tax plus 8% service. Classic and signature cocktails IDR 165,000, Bintang IDR 70,000, Heineken IDR 75,000, Corona IDR 115,000, house spirit with mixer IDR 120,000, wine by the glass IDR 185,000-195,000, bottles from about IDR 2.4 million.
• No re-entry. Guest-list entry does not allow you back in, so sort out cash and cigarettes before you queue.
• 21+ only. Bring your actual passport or ID card, not a photo on your phone.
• VIP tables for 4-14 people are booked through the website or official WhatsApp. Minimum spend is not published; get the figure in writing before you arrive.
• Dress code is not listed on the site. If you are unsure about sandals or shorts, ask on WhatsApp.
• Sundays have the longest queue. The Beat Bali (June 2026) reported lines down the street for Sondela. Arrive before 11pm if you do not want to wait.

Getting home safely

Close to midnight the junction of Jl. Pantai Berawa and Jl. Raya Semat fills with scooters and people on foot, because several clubs sit next to each other.
